Requesting Aggregate Data Reports
- 2025 Aggregate Data Reports are Now Available:
- 2025 reports were distributed on April 1, 2026. If your school did not receive this year's aggregate data, or if you need to update your contact information to ensure future delivery, please complete the ANCC School Contact Information Form.
- Please note that your school code information is required to submit this form. If you do not have your assigned code, contact our team at certificationoutreach@ana.org.
- A minimum of three candidates from your institution must take the certification examination in order for a report to be generated within a particular specialty. If fewer than three candidates test, a report will not be produced. If you do not receive a report after completing this form, it may be because fewer than three candidates took the certification examination for the specialty being requested.
- Requests submitted pertains exclusively to 2025 data. 2026 data will not be available until the first quarter of 2027.
- Important School Code Information for APRN Faculty & Staff:
- The school code designation is a unique identifier for your ANCC school aggregate data/pass rate report information. Schools/Universities requesting to be added to the school code list, or for official school name changes/updates, must complete this form. Please note: Newly accredited schools must submit this form promptly to ensure that reports populate accurately for their institution. Failure to complete the below form will prevent a report from generating.
- Complete the ANCC School Code Add/School Name Change Form and send to certificationoutreach@ana.org.
