Demographic Data Collection Tool^®

The Demographic Data Collection Tool^® (DDCT) is a web-based portal for managing the compilation of the required demographic data into a report.

This report is submitted to the Magnet Program office:

• By the fifteenth of the month (or the next business day) prior to Written Documentation submission (for initial or redesignating organizations), and
• By the final day of the organization’s designation anniversary month of Interim Year 2 (for current Magnet designated organizations).
