In Pursuit of Excellence: Magnet® Program Guidance
In Pursuit of Excellence: Magnet Program Guidance® will expand your understanding of the requirements in the 2023 Magnet® Application Manual. Required key elements of the Organizational Overview and Sources of Evidence (SOE), as well as expectations for Empirical Outcome SOE data presentation, will be reviewed in depth.

In Pursuit of Excellence: Magnet Program Guidance is now a blended learning event.
What You Need to Know
• Pre Work: Complete assigned videos, readings, or workbook tasks before each live session.
• Live Sessions: Expect interactive discussions, case studies, and interactive activities.
• Time Commitment: Plan for 3–4 hours of pre work per session.
Who is eligible to attend?
In Pursuit of Excellence: Magnet Program Guidance® is an invitation only event.
Email invitations are sent to the Chief Nurse Officers and primary Magnet Program Directors from Magnet Designated, Magnet Applicant and Magnet Pre-Intent organizations. Attendance is limited to employees from these organizations.
The information presented during In Pursuit of Excellence: Magnet Program Guidance® is intended for educational use by attendees including Chief Nursing Officers, Magnet Program Directors, and other key stakeholders from Magnet-Recognized, applicant and Pre-intent organizations.
