ANA Enterprise Recognized With 2023 Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation

SILVER SPRING, MD – March 6, 2024 – Cigna Healthcare has selected the ANA Enterprise as a recipient of their 2023 Gold level Healthy Workforce Designation for demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the health and vitality of its employees through a workplace well-being program. This is the second consecutive year that Cigna has awarded the ANA Enterprise this designation.
The ANA Enterprise, comprised of the American Nurses Association, the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and the American Nurses Foundation, is being recognized for deploying a robust offering of resources to support wellness initiatives as well as developing policies that reinforce a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment. In addition to program strengths, the ANA Enterprise examined programmatic opportunities to incorporate policies that focus on social determinants of health.
