AHA, AMA & ANA Release New PSA Reminding Americans It’s Still Important To Get Vaccinated And Boosted Against COVID-19

WASHINGTON (February 9, 2023) – Together, the American Hospital Association (AHA), American Medical Association (AMA), and American Nurses Association (ANA) released a public service announcement (PSA) today featuring their leaders urging the public to make sure they are up-to-date on their COVID-19 vaccines, including the updated bivalent booster dose when eligible. The PSA stresses that COVID-19 vaccines, including the updated boosters, protect us from serious disease and death and are safe and effective.

Today’s effort continues the work the three associations have done over the past three years to curb the spread of COVID-19 and protect patients, communities and health care professionals.
