Silver Spring, MD - Today, the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) Accreditation Program™ team is excited to announce the recipients of the 2023 NCPD Premier Award™:

The NCPD Premier Award™ is presented to one or more fully accredited organizations annually and recognizes recipients as award winners for a two-year period. This year’s award recipients represent diverse organizations that have a vested interest in nursing, including universities, software companies and health care organizations who have demonstrated evidence of going above and beyond the accreditation standards in the following ways:
- Fostered shared decision-making, empowerment and interprofessional collaboration.
- Embedded a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Leveraged NCPD interventions to demonstrate a return on investment that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Demonstrated impact with public health initiatives.
ANCC Accredited Providers who receive the Premier Award™ serve as exemplars in the field of Nursing Continuing Professional Development and have demonstrated excellence in leveraging the award criteria to achieve strategic goals and nursing professional practice excellence. The NCPD Premier Awards™ were announced at the annual NCPD Summit™ – a two-day event held this year in Chicago from October 10 - 11. It’s an inspiring and engaging event that encourages the professional development and empowerment of nurses.
