Palliative and Hospice Nursing Panel
THIS PANEL IS CLOSED AND HAS CONCLUDED ITS WORK.
The American Nurses Association (ANA) and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA) partnered in 2016 to convene palliative nursing experts in the time-limited Palliative and Hospice Nursing Professional Issues Panel to promote the integration of palliative care into all components and settings of the U.S. healthcare system.
The Panel’s completed work, Call for Action: Nurses Lead and Transform Palliative Care, has been approved by ANA and HPNA boards of directors.
